Refund/exchange Policies

How can I exchange or get a refund on a purchased product?

All items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice is produced and the items are in their original packaging (if applicable) and in a saleable condition. This policy shall not apply to cosmetics and fashion accessories.

If you want a refund for the items you purchased, a credit note will be issued to you, but under no circumstances will we provide a cash refund.

Gift Vouchers

Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, Lifestyle gift vouchers make great presents and they are available at all Lifestyle standalone stores.
Can I combine my Lifestyle gift voucher with other offers or specials?
No, Lifestyle gift vouchers can only be redeemed on non-sale and non-promotional items.
If I don’t use the full value of the Lifestyle gift voucher in one visit, do I get credit for the remainder?
No, gift vouchers are for one-time use only. If the total value of a gift voucher isn’t used in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes void and can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.
Where can I buy a Lifestyle gift voucher?
You can buy Lifestyle gift vouchers from any standalone Lifestyle store near you.
How do I redeem my gift voucher?
You can use your Lifestyle gift voucher towards full or part payment of any goods in Lifestyle stores throughout the region. Redeeming the voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If your transaction value exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the balance using your debit/credit card or cash. Lifestyle gift vouchers can be used for one transaction only; any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.
Can I buy a Lifestyle voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes, a Lifestyle voucher makes a great present.
Can I top up a gift voucher?
Not at the moment, but you can buy a new one instead.

Do you have a loyalty programme ?

Lifestyle is a part of Shukran, the Landmark Group’s loyalty programme – our way of saying thank you to loyal customers like you. Signing up is free, quick and easy. You earn points by shopping at Lifestyle or at any other participating outlets across the region and redeem them for great rewards for your family, your friends or yourself.

No, membership to Shukran is free for life. Just sign up at any of our participating outlets or online through our website and you’re ready to enjoy the programme.

There are two different ways to enroll into the programme: – Complete a printed application form, which is available at all participating outlets

Yes, we do offer limited home delivery services at no additional cost. Kindly approach a store manager for more information.

Can my order be delivered internationally ?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at the moment.
